This course will be led by TWO industry experts:
Thomas Hoffmaster
Thomas (Huff) Hoffmaster II brings over three decades of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems to his writing. As a respected HVAC consultant and trainer, he has dedicated his career to advancing industry best practices and technical education. During his 17 years in technical leadership, Thomas led support teams at both Carrier (11 years) and York (6 years), where he helped solve complex installation and service challenges. His practical experience combined with his passion for proper system design makes him a trusted voice in heat pump technology and building science. - Class will begin promptly at 8am, every day generally ends around 4:30pm

Optional mQ Trainer Certification
Attendees can further increase their ROI from this experience by becoming a Certified measureQuick Trainer! At the end of the 3 day training experience, you can “challenge” the Trainer curriculum through the following two activities:
- Prove your technical teaching skills by preparing and delivering a short presentation in front of the class (details TBD)
- Demonstrate your grasp of smart tools, the measureQuick software, and HVAC systems in a hands-on session on a live training system in front of Joe.
Once you’ve completed those two requirements, you’ll be added to our Trainer Network and be qualified to run your own measureQuick training (and even get paid to train!) Learn more about our trainer network.
Note: Since this masterclass doesn’t focus on the use the measureQuick App or Cloud, you must already have experience and/or practice ahead of time.

The nearest airport is Akron/Canton (CAK), about 20 minutes away. Cleveland (CLE) is the next closest at about 1.5 hours.
